Elizabeth Vollereaux owner of the premises is native Pierry.

It has invested in the renovation of this magnificent home, the Castle to the Aulnois Pierry, to transmit to future generations that three centuries have hitherto been able to preserve.

The passion for cooking that Elizabeth grows and develops over many years is in the Chateau Aulnois, a perfect setting for new culinary experiments and for a single journey, full of flavors and sensations in a protected environment of the modern bustle.
